Utility Software:

Utility software (also known as service program, service routine, tool, or utility routine) is a kind of computer software. Utility software is specifically designed to help manage and tune the computer hardware, operating system or application software, and perform a single task or a small range of tasks; as opposed to application software which tend to be software suites. Utility software has long been integrated into most major operating systems. We provide free utility software. Some of the utility software are disk defragmenters, system profilers, virus scanners, binary/hex/text editor, archive, compression, encryption, application launchers. Some utility software also allows utility to produce a specification of your system's hardware and software. You can see, save and print a complete spec of your PC. This system information utility can also perform various windows functions. Additional advanced info includes CPU, drives, applications, display, memory, networking, internet, CD / DVD drives and more. Utility software also allows the following features to be added to the USB disk. - Partitioning the USB disk into a public and a security zone. - Login / logout the security zone with password control. - Change the password to access security zone.

Software Files:

Computer software is a general term used to describe a collection of computer programs, procedures and documentation that perform some tasks on a computer system. Software is made up of a bunch of software files which are written programs in different language.

Sometimes your software needs to get updated. You can update it by downloading the required files online. These files are a patch of software files which update your existing software. Software files are increasingly used by many applications in various variants. Software files are created and encrypted in various formats. They can be .exe files, .pdf files etc. When you receive attachment files in mails, you can open them only if required supporting software is available in the system. If you don’t have such software you can download the required software files patch online and open the files.

Media Disks:

A media disk is a kind of storage device. A media disk is an optical disc medium which can hold up to 1.8 gigabytes of data. Media disks offer large capacity and the capability to store quality audio/video content.

Media disks are hardware devices. Unless some software files are pasted on it, it doesn’t work. Media disks are mostly used of storing, playing audio, video files. These audio, video files are made up of media files such as .avi, mpeg, .wav etc. Media files are encrypted software files.
