		<description>Well, the ONLY time I have ever had a Runtime Error 75 with FLAC was after I had moved to Windows 7 (64 bit) from Windows XP.

It was extremely easy to solve the problem. I just set to to Windows XP SP3 compatibility. Et voila!

Absolutely no need to repair or clean the registry at all.</description>
