Three red lights is what is known as the "red ring of death." It indicates a hardware failure and it will need to be fixed. You can send it in to be fixed or repair it yourself. The CPU or GPU may be burned out.
Four red lights is easy. Go plug your AV cable back in. If your AV cable is plugged in securely but your system is still showing the four red lights then you probably just need a new AV cable.
