Video Games Purchase

Super Mario with his fantastic brother Luigi are believed video game royalty! These folks were very first produced in the 80's by Nintendo and really didn't gain in popularity with the general public for some time. This was since manufacturers like Atari led the video game industry with game titles like Space Invaders. That was all until Nintendo published a little video game termed "Super Mario Bros". This game caused Nintendo to sky rocket onto the stage with their new console system and get an iconic standing among avid gamers.

Due to awe-inspiring achievement of Super Mario Bros, Nintendo determined that they might sell more consoles whenever they enclosed this video game with a purchase of one. Not simply was this a great decision, but this significantly greater sales and profits of their product. I recall receiving my first Nintendo and Mario was certainly a part of my package deal.

Nintendo began to enhance it's technologies and became an industry alpha dog in outstanding audio and sharp graphics. Now, better the audio and graphics, so much the better our video games grew to become and the more popular Mario and his brother Luigi became with little ones.

Since those first games consoles, Nintendo has come out with the Nintendo gamecube and the Nintendo wii, and Mario has come along for the ride and has expanded his horizons too. With games like Super Mario Smash Bros and Mario Kart we now see that youngsters of a brand new age group are starting to enjoy what we did as youngsters.

The Mario Kart line of video game titles is really a lot of fun! You get to choose which cartoon character you would want to be and what type of racing car to use. And then, you use the Wii controller and drive your way throughout the race track. I could play this game all the time! Actually, my children play it so often, we found it necessary to go out and buy a fresh game because they wore the previous one out!

For anyone who is just trying to enter the whole Nintendo world, I would suggest that you get a Wii system since it is probably the most fun that you and your family will ever have! And indeed, it still includes Super Mario Bros within the original gaming console package deal. Nintendo has even come out with a red Wii system to pay tribute to the Mario Bros. Pretty nice, huh?

As we take a look at the future they have now released a fresh hand-held video game, the Nintendo 3DS. This is actually the first of it's form, a 3D video gaming experience. Sometime in the near future the folks at Nintendo hope to release Mario Kart for the 3DS. I have not picked up one of these video gaming systems yet however I did get the chance to use one at the video gaming store and wow, it truly was incredible! As with all things, I realize that the games and technology will improve in the future; however it was amazing to see just how far they have come in producing video gaming. This is a long way away from the games of Pong that we used to play as kids!

If your little one adores Super Mario then you need to throw them a birthday celebration using Super Mario Bros party supplies!

Learn How to Copy Wii Games and Protect Your Investment

Computer Games Purchase

I can think of millions of reasons why you should learn how to copy Wii games. I'll keep things simple, however, and only discuss 3 of them here.

Have you ever had to replace a game that you already owned? Did it become scratched or damaged, or even just come up missing? Game discs are pricey. I've paid up to $57 for just one game. There is no reason to purchase the same game more than once. So if you learn how to copy Wii games, then you are simply being smart and saving money, so that you don't have to shell out over and over again just to play the same game.

Additionally, Wii games are very fragile. When I was a teenager, games came on what we called "cartridges". These were nearly indestructable. However, the game companies now put them on CDs which, as we all know, can easily be damaged simply by dropping them, stepping on them, or leaving them lying out.

With games in a cartridge format, you could allow your toddler aged siblings mess around with the games and even bite them and nothing would happen to them. But you wouldn't dream of doing this with your Wii games, correct? They're far too easily damaged. Remember this when mulling over whether it's 100% necessary to copy your games. When you make copies, then solely use the copies when you're "getting your game on", you won't have to worry so much, because you know that the master disc is put up in a safe place.

On a final note, have you ever lost a Wii game? I mean, friends love to borrow them right? But then have you ever had it occur where they claim to have "lost" the game and never return or pay you for it? I've had this happen more than once, and it's caused a strain in my friendship afterwards. Now, though, I just burn a fresh copy if a friend ever wants to borrow a disc. And, let's face it, we've all lost discs on our own right? I mean, they're not the biggest units - they're easily misplace. Well, as long as the master is put up for safe keeping, you won't have to worry about this after you start burning games!

So - what is the process of copying a game like? I mean, can't you just burn one the way that you burn a music CD? Simply put, the answer is a definite "no". If you've ever tried it, you'll know what I'm talking about. The process is actually more akin to what it takes to copy a movie DVD. This is because the companies that make the games put encryption on them so that you won't be able to make copies. Of course, it's completely legal and lawful for you to backup your games (at least in the US). But the game companies aren't required to allow it.

The entire process takes about 11 minutes once you get the application installed. What application, you ask? A special application that you need to install onto your computer. You install it, and then insert your game disc into your computer's disc drive. Then, the program automatically rips the game. It will prompt you to put in a blank disc. It detects it, and completely on it's own, starts burning you a copy. Easy peasy!

The one thing that you should definitely take away from this article is to always make a backup of your games as soon as you get them home.
